My pc has been black screening recently...

As the title says I've been having issues where randomly my rig will black screen, my fans will ramp up to max rpm and everything on my computer seems to work even after this as well. I can still hear game sounds, videos, and people in discord or zoom. This led me to believing it was a GPU issue from a post here, but I wanted a second opinion since the post is from an rx 480 user and I have a gigabyte 2070 super. I've kept an eye on the GPU and even under intense loads it doesn't always crash. It happened to me once on a zoom call where no other programs were running, and another time on valorant. Never does the GPU say it's exceeding 50C, so I'm stumped to what it could be. Any help would be very appreciated.

Specs.

 

And most of the time if it blackscreen (opposed to bluescreen) its the PSU.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

8700k, 2070 super, 32gb 3200, 550w PSU
I reduced my overclock a while ago on my CPU but I really haven't touched my GPU
