Tried and tested Motherboard for Ryzen 5900x

Hi! Could you recommend tried and tested motherboards for the Ryzen 5900x? I've been looking online but there's a lot of contradicting information and very few actual tests. I'd prefer people who actually tested these systems and reported no issues out of the box. I'd like to run this CPU at stock settings and get full performance, i.e. around 21900 Cinebench R23 as has been reported https://www.cpu-monkey.com/en/cpu-amd_ryzen_9_5900x-1748.

I built my machine with an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max 2 but I'm experiencing serious throttling at stock, with frequencies below 3700Mhz at full load and a Cinebench R23 score of just 18000.

I'm looking to swap my motherboard with my vendor, and I'd like something that causes me no issues since I use this machine for CPU intensive tasks for work.

Ideally I'd prefer something of a reasonable budget, but if you can provide any links to actual tests or you have the MB and 5900x or 5950x and it's working fine I'm happy with your suggestions.
