Intel dq45cb bios update/mod?

Is there a bios mod/update that would allow me to OC my q8400? Memory is adjustable, but the cpu is locked.

If I recall correctly, most overclocking on Core2 era chips was done by adjusting the base clock, so you might be able to use that.

-Only Intel's "extreme" boards overclocked. Otherwise you bought Asus, Gigabyte, MSI ect ect.

The bios update would only add cpu support but no overclocking features.
