Laptop won't turn on.

Hello I'm having a problem with my laptop Acer aspire e5-571g. It won't boot up. I opened to clean it and change the thermal pase but after all done.. It won't boot up anymore and I only get the led light. 

I have a QIGUAN KQLMET6 6bits to see the error codes but I don't find this code on their page.. 

Anyone could help? 

I did force reset, drain the power completely, changed the ram with others and so on and nothing so far.
