Better get a 10400 or AMD 3500x.

3600 a 3500x has the same issue as a 9400 where there are games that just stutter due to it only having 6 cores.

1100$ but this  and a wall mart pc EVOO with 2060 i7 9thgen is my only choice

such as? the majority of players are still on 4 cores if not less.

better get a 10400 rather than 9th gen.

price is the same, you'll have 6 extra threads missing on the 9400.

build yourself one.

This one is but it's also like the other one older. Also is this a laptop because why is there a 17 inch thing going on?

that looks like a pretty goods system, but you might be able to go for a better gpu of u go last gen ryzen, but if you are set on intel that is a great build

Not really, but try avoiding 9th gen if you're buying new. It doesn't have the upgrade path, you'll stuck with that generation.

A 2060 laptop probably have better cpu with it.

For gaming GPU is always a priority than cpu.

A 3600 isn't a pure 6 core it;s a 6core 12 thread I was talking about pure 6 cores
