black screen, pc crash and full speed fans on 3090 aorus

so this is my last attempt to get help on this since i looked on other websites and they had the same issue and no fixes and rma'd... or rma than had the same issue again so before i am forced to RMA the card i got yesterday.... One last attempt here. 

 

Like shitloads of other people had issues with, black screen and fans at 100% when playing lower end games only(and ass creed valhalla). I play LOL and wow classic and it crashes in those. Played cp2077 for like 10 hours in all on it and 0 issues.

 

undervolted it and nothing. i logged it to see if anything weird happened when it crashed and nothing to me really. hit .950 and crashed. undervolted at 1v.
