I bought this card new for my wife and we have had thus card for 3 days and will black screen and leave the pc on. This happens everything when she gets in game, sea of thieves, overarching, battlefront 2. 3 minutes into game play most times

 

I have tried updating drivers, using old ones, with adrenaline without adrenaline. Freesync on and off. Gpu In a different computer. Windows reinstall (non wipe) , DDU

Have you tried reseating the card?

Might be too stoopidly obvious, but that seems to be me at the moment.

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

 

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

No It does not but I never updated the bios so there may be that. But I also used it on my b450 msi board as well and it cut out
