Best smart home lighting system to replace Crestron Prodigy

Hi, my Crestron prodigy controller recently fried, and I am trying to find a good replacement that wont burn a hole in my wallet. My house has 2 levels and I need about 40 switches and 10 lamps to be controlled. I would just replace the controller but I would like to be able to use google homes and an app that is not $100. I am open to all suggestions, but from my research smart light solutions can get high in price, especially with the number of lights I have in my house. I may get some for my theater room but that is a different topic.

Yeah you’re trying to control a lot of lights, expect to invest a pretty penny.
