R6S freezes and then resumes playing. Please reply ASAP

It freezes for 5-7 seconds. My gpu usage at that time is 0% while cpu usage is 100%. This happens after playing for 30 minutes. The freezing never happens in other games. I have tried using v sync and it did not solve the problem. I posted on another forum and they said that it is due to overheating of the cpu and gpu. I have tired undervolting both components and the temps did not go down. CPU is 88c and GPU is 91c. The developers cannot disable the freezing in game and they said it is the laptop feature that makes the game freeze to protect the hardware. Again, the freezing that protects the laptop does not happen in other games. I am running this game on Vulkan. How do you disable the freezing feature on my laptop? Please reply ASAP.

Your GPU is heavily throttling down, at those temperature I also wouldn't be surprised if your CPU is running at stock speeds way below turbo boost frequency. This lagging issue you described also can happen when the game is installed on a HDD. In your case, it's probably safe assume all of the mentioned ones.

Thanks. Do you know how to disable the freezing that protects the computer on my computer? I have the game installed on an SSD

Freezing is not a protection mechanism. You cannot disable throttling either, you need to improve your cooling (either by reapplying thermal paste and cleaning or by using one of those laptop stands with fans).
