can someone help me out with my ram 32gb problem?

please help 1234

Unless you're running integrated graphics inside the CPU, adding RAM does not affect VRAM because VRAM is soldered to the graphics card. I dont think running integrated graphics with settings that need so much VRAM is realistic anyway

i recently upgraded from 8 ram to 32gb ram its all good installed the system confirms 32gb too BUT if i go in to cold war it still says that i use max vram can some one help me out?

I don't have the game so I can't say for sure, but it might be because 8Gb is only allocated to the game or its launcher

What does the task manager "performance" tab show? And CPU-Z memory tab?

Is the RAM performing good everywhere else than in "Cold War"?

If so, no need. But just for a bit of information it would be good.

Unless you're running integrated graphics inside the CPU, adding RAM does not affect VRAM because VRAM is soldered to the graphics card. I dont think running integrated graphics with settings that need so much VRAM is realistic anyway

Vram is VIDEO Ram, so the ram your GPU uses. Upgrading or adding more regular Ram will not affect that. If you are hitting the Vram cap and it's giving you an error or a warning you would need to get a better graphics card with more Vram or lower your graphical settings in-game to get rid of the error/warning message.

Main Desktop: CPU - i9-14900k | Mobo - Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Elite AX DDR4 | GPU - ASUS TUF Gaming OC RTX 4090 RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 64GB 3600mhz | AIO - H150i Pro XT | PSU - Corsair RM1000X | Case - Phanteks P500A Digital - White | Storage - Samsung 970 Pro M.2 NVME SSD 512GB / Sabrent Rocket 1TB Nvme / Samsung 860 Evo Pro 500GB / Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2tb Nvme / Samsung 870 QVO 4TB  |

TV Streaming PC: Intel Nuc CPU - i7 8th Gen | RAM - 16GB DDR4 2666mhz | Storage - 256GB WD Black M.2 NVME SSD |

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 - Phantom Black 512GB |
