Silent fans recommendation ?

bruh11111

I currently have Arctic F-12 fans in my case and they are fairly quiet on idle (after some heavy fan curve tuning)

But on a gaming load or something like that they go a bit louder than my likings.

Looking for fans that are farely affordable , around 15$~ cause I need to buy 3 of them.

Are you sure the noise comes from motors? Airflow noise is pretty much identical with all fans if you move the same amount of air. Just like wind only makes noise when it hits things.

I think the noise is indeed coming from the fans motors.

The arctic p12 are better.

The scythe kaze fan are nice.

According to Arctic the p12 are optimized for rads and such... I want case fans , but I do believe that the p12 should be better anyways? Cause the fine mesh in front of my case or the honey comb at the top is obstructive enough to need high pressure case fans , should I get the p12 ? Will they be quieter than the F-12?

I would rather have pressure. I have pressure fans as case fans, works fantastic, pardon the pun. But what kind of pressure are you expecting from a 50cfm fan? That is quite weak..

The case and components in itself is an obstruction. Yes static pressure back in the day were loud. Now days not so. They are a better way to go.

P12

Silent wings

Are both sold cheaper fans.

Kaze

Kaze flex

are great too but have much lower rpm cap. Will be quieter tho.
