With what you have I think the best option would be a 1440p 144hz such as this one :https://www.amazon.com/Dell-27-Inch-LED-Lit-Monitor-S2719DGF/dp/B00N2L5CXO/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=1400p+144hz+monitor&qid=1609961751&sr=8-4

that was just a quick search but within your budget I would suggest a VA panel unless you are sensitive to motion blur

Maybe try this https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/TPw7YJ/msi-optix-mag321cqr-315-2560x1440-144-hz-monitor-optix-mag321cqr

Looks good and is 1440p 144hz. 144hz is probably more than enough and 1440p is an added bonus. It is also curved.

Yeah i had seen that msi optix before and i was considering it!

This one is also good with higher hz screen but has a higher response time.

That msi monitor is a VA witch is prone to having high motion blur so I would suggest getting a Tn or ips moniter

Tn would be cheaper have lower response times but worse viewing angles. IPS would have better color, better viewing angles but higher responce time and price

Yes HDMI 2.1 monitor do exist but would most likely be out of your 400-500$ price range, but if it is 1440p you are looking for DP 1.4 is fine
