Thoughts on the ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F Lan internet

I'm seeing alot of lan problems with the Intel I225-V but they seem to occur with other motherboards aswell. Doesn't seem like I can escape the problem. My internet runs at 25mbs per second but I'd really like to play games without disconnecting which is an issue that some people have.
These are my pc parts:
-AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
-G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2X8) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
-RTX 3070
-Phanteks P500A
-Corsair RMx (2018) 850W 80+ Gold
