Bad Motherboard Choice?

I was able to snag a AMD Ryzen 7 5800X CPU and have been using it in my Gigabyte X570 UD Motherboard. I was wondering if it is worth it for me to upgrade the motherboard as I feel it just isn't good enough for my CPU. I have no idea if I am losing performance due to this board, but I do feel like the thermals are not great on it as my set-up does temp up to the mid 80's when doing what I would consider to be mid-high workloads (I know mid 80's isn't much, I just don't like having it over 80 haha)

You can try undervolting it.

The motherboard is nothing special but if your clock speeds aren't being reduced then you're not losing any performance.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

After that then i would upgrade your moterboard and maybe get things like 2 m.2 slots and 2.5 gig ethernet.

As long as it's Realtek 2.5gbit ethernet it will actually work
