I just like having a hard mouse surface because they glide better and more consistently. They are also a lot more durable and easier to maintain and keep clean. You should take a look at the Roccat Alumic, best mouse pad ever ;)

 

But out of your options Corsair MM600 because on the surface at least it seems basically the same as the Roccat.

Been using the QCK mass for a fair while now.  Love it.  I really dislike hard plastic mouse mats because they don't feel as good or as smooth to me.
