480/720/1080p difference in converting to mp3

Do different resolutions also affect mp3 quality?  like does an mp3 file converted from a 210p video have a difference from an mp3 file converted from a 1080p video , i know that resolution affect video but im not sure about audio. 1080p seems to have better sound quality compared to 210 in youtube but that might just be a placebo, any thoughts?

please be nice, I am still new to this

yeah. i think like 720p is the sweetspot where you dont really notice a difference in sound.

If you are downloading YouTube videos and converting them to .mp3 (which is frowned upon), then you need to know two things:

1. 720p and 1080p (ignoring above resolutions because they're the same) have the same audio quality

2. That audio quality is 192Kbps (AAC)

Sound quality drops really fast at 480p, then worse at 360p, and then to garbage at 240p.

And at 144p..

Same as 240p as far as I'm aware, they both sound terrible to me.

I'm pretty sure 144p has no sound

I've only ever downloaded videos the one time when I had to go out of country and to make sure I wouldn't get bored in-flight i downloaded a few episodes of Linus tech tips. I know downloading is wrong but that was a one time occurence and I still feel guilty >_< . I asked because i had a debate with my other tech friends when they said that I asked a stupid question as they believed that the the p in 1080p only affects video resolution and nothing else.

The p in 1080p means that it isn't interlaced?

4kp?

If you mean 4K, don't add an extra p behind it. If you do, tell it as 2160p instead.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.
