Mobos with a specific I/O rear port layout?

I have a HP Omen 880 (the same Linus got on the first secret shopper video) and decided to split the components into multiple computers. The HP motherboard went for my mom's PC build. I wanted to stuff a new CPU and MB in the Omen 880 case, but I found out the I/O shield is incorporated into the case itself. I can take the case for someone to hollow out enough space for the I/O shield of a new motherboard, but first I thought about trying my luck and seeing if someone knows any MB with the same (or close enough) layout for the I/O rear ports. Obviously, mobos with integrated I/O shields will not fit. Primarily looking for a B550/B450 mobo, but willing to consider other AMD or Intel boards with that spec. Thanks!

Hello mate, did you find any board that fits or did you cut out the IO Shield (if so how did you approach it) would appreciate your feedback bcs i would also like to install a new mobo / cpu in my 880 case and the io shield is the only thing in between this wish
