Can i put an nvidia 1030 gt in this pci express2.0 slot?

Country: Latvia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Roblox, cities skylines, etc

Other details im upgrading my pc, im wondering if i can fit an nvidia 1030 gt in this pci express 2.0 slot

Those are PCI, not PCIE.

PCIE are the black slots.

 

The slot (in the picture) on the left seems like it doesn't physically support x16 width cards, meaning a x16 card would only fit in the (in the picture) right black slot, where the other cards is already in.

A GT 1030 might not fit there though, because of how close it is to the case bottom.

It will fit in the slot, but if it actually fit depends still on the height of the card, whether it's a 1 slot width and all. Plus the fans need some breathing room too.

Actually it looks to me like the slot is upside-down compared to normal. The fans will be facing toward the inside of the case, so it will fit. Correct me if I'm wrong....

Are you talking about the white or the black slots?

The black slots are oriented the 'normal' way, as there small part (the power part) is towards the back I/O of the case.

The white slots are PCI, not PCIE:

im talking about black slot and heres the card that i will buy PNY Technologies GeForce GT 1030, 2GB DDR5, Low Profile (GF1030GTLF2GEPB) (dateks.lv) (the website is latvian)

Look at the side of the slot that the PCB of the add-in card is on. It is toward the bottom of the case (right-side of image). Therefore, the fan-side of a GPU will be facing upward(to the left-side in image), and even a 4 slot card would fit just fine.
