Can 650w run i5 10600k and 3070

So i have brought everything except gpu, i have a corsair cx650f rgb psu and i5 10600k that i plan to overclock later when needed i saw on internet that 5.0ghz and 1.34v runs good so thats a plan. Now in psu calculators 650 is enought but is it really? Dont know should i buy a 3070 or 3060ti, 3070 i can found but a 3060ti i really dont know... help pls, can i run 10600k oc and a 3070 with 650w 80 bronze plus?

Well, I'm running 9900k and 3080 on a fanless 600w, but mine's 80 plus titanium

i'm running a 5600x and 3070FE on a 650w NZXT H1 PSU

 

so it'll be fine
