Need help to build my first PC

Budget (including currency): 1700 USD

Country: Israel

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Genshin Impact, cyberpunk 2077

Other details  I would love your guys help to build a pc that could run most games at least in 120-144 FPS (Not cyberpunk) I have a monitor that can run it but my pc is really old and really can't run any new games.

I would like to build the PC from scratch because I don't believe my current pc (8 years old) holds up nowadays
