Don't get the turtle beaches...

I've never had a pair (and I've had 5 or 6), that didn't break.

The G35 would be a much better choice but are you sure you want a gaming headset because you could get good headphones plus a mic for the price of the g35 and i would not recommend the turtle beach ones because everything i have gotten from them was for backup or they broke

For what reason? They are poorly designed, and poor quality, you can get your self something miles better that will last you for a legitimate time period.

it will just be temporary I will get a normall mic and headphones later

ok if the x12's are good i'll get them but the only problem with the g35 is the price i'm not sure if I will be able to get those and the x12's are in stock at the target near the town/city I live in :)

I just switched from my G35 to Sennheiser PC360s that were on sale for like a 160 bucks on amazon (since back up to 250 irrc). I would recommend against the G35's the difference between open back and closed is huge. The G35's are also pretty bulky and heavy and were not well suited for sitting on your head for long periods of time. They also didn't clamp on very hard, if I was to look down or move my head semi-quick they would fall off. Plus the mic is pretty good the sound quality is a step up from where I was and overall I'm happy with them. If you need a mic/headphone combo (which for me was just more convenient that having extra wires and stuff on me since I to move around and up and down a lot) you can check out some of the lower tier Sennheiser gaming headsets that might fit your budget a bit better.
