Need a Ram ASAP

This picture tells you that the 4 GB memory stick runs at 1600 Mhz ( 2 x 798.1 mhz = almost 1600 Mhz) and that it's CL 11 which is average for that frequency.

This picture tell you that the current memory stick is regular DDR3, because you see there voltage is 1.5v , for all profiles.
The motherboard can choose the highest compatible profile and configure the memory stick accordingly - and your motherboard chose JEDEC #7 profile, configuring the memory stick at 1600 Mhz (2x800) , CL 11 , 1.5v
The memory stick says it can also work at 2x761 = 1533 Mhz , or 2 x 685 = ~1366 Mhz or 2x609 = 1218 Mhz, if the motherboard wants to configure it that way.
SO you need a REGULAR DDR3 memory stick, not DDR3L .
I gave you a link to a DDR3 memory stick.
But like I said, you should double check if that laptop supports 8 GB memory sticks ... because if you do have to pay 3000 INR for a 4 GB stick, you may as well pay around 3200-3300 INR for a 8 GB DDR3L stick and have one slot empty for future upgrade, if you'll decide to.
