This picture tells you that the 4 GB memory stick runs at 1600 Mhz ( 2 x 798.1 mhz = almost 1600 Mhz)   and that it's CL 11  which is average for that frequency.

This picture tell you that the current memory stick is regular DDR3, because you see there voltage is 1.5v , for all profiles.

The motherboard can choose the highest compatible profile and configure the memory stick accordingly - and your motherboard chose JEDEC #7 profile, configuring the memory stick at 1600 Mhz (2x800) , CL 11 , 1.5v

The memory stick says it can also work at 2x761 = 1533 Mhz , or 2 x 685 = ~1366 Mhz or 2x609 = 1218 Mhz, if the motherboard wants to configure it that way.

SO you need a REGULAR DDR3  memory stick, not DDR3L .

I gave you a link to a DDR3 memory stick.

But like I said, you should double check if that laptop supports  8 GB memory sticks ... because if you do have to pay 3000 INR for a 4 GB stick, you may as well pay around 3200-3300 INR for a 8 GB DDR3L stick and have one slot empty for future upgrade, if you'll decide to.

I need a RAM for my laptop.  [ NOT FOR GAMING JUST AS A LAPTOP FOR CLASSES ]
My laptop already has
1600 mhz ddr3 4gb ram preinstalled.
i5-3317u @ 1.7ghz
Some Segate 500 gb 5200 rpm HDD
and some SAMGSUNG m.2 SSD 25gb

I need to upgrade it to 8 gb please suggest a RAM.
BUDJET = RS.2000 /  27usd
Please find the ram from these websites only !>>

Use Aida64 (download any version and use it in 30-day trial mode) or CPU-Z (freeware, but less information)  to find out  how many ram slots your laptop has, and how many sticks you already have installed in your laptop.

Your information is not enough to determine that.

For example, you say you have 4 GB of memory now, but do you have 2 memory sticks or just one?  Your laptop has either just one memory slot, or two memory slots - very rare for a laptop to have more than 2 slots.

So if you currently have  2 x 2 GB sticks for a total of 4 GB, you have to decide how you're gonna proceed.. either buy 2 sticks of 4 GB or a single 4 GB /  8 GB stick - you can combine a 2GB with a 4GB or 8GB but it's recommended to have 2 sticks of same size.

The two programs above will also tell you if you currently have DDR3L memory sticks, which run at 1.35v , or if you have regular DDR3 memory which runs at minimum 1.5v , and up to 1.65v

The processor, according to its specs, supports both DDR3 and DDR3L memory , so you need to figure these out first.

fine then you need a 2nd  4 GB stick.

You STILL need to figure out if it's regular DDR3, or if it's DDR3L which runs at lower voltage.  Use one of those applications to find information about your current 4 GB stick.

some suggestions that will work, though your budget is tight

DDR3L (1.35v) 1600 Mhz or better - only get these if your current memory also runs at 1.35v

According to what I found your device support a max of 8GB of memory.

DDR3 PC3-12800 • CL=11 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1600 • 1.35V •

So here is the best option have for you;

Personally I buy Crucial but its up to you what you chose.
