PSA Scalpers

Prodigy_Smit

Ok it’s about time someone made this post.

There are so many posts about people who say scalpers should be illegal and arrested, and the main point that is brought up is about MSRP.

MSRP stands for manufacturer suggested retail price. Companies or scalpers have no legal obligation to sell at or near MSRP. Sure people won’t buy products that are listed for like 10x MSRP but they can list for that.

Anyone wants to add anything just add a post below and I’ll add it to OP.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

There are Laws in many jurisdictions against Price Gouging to prevent people from taking advantage of Natural Disasters. But that applies to certain events and with needed commodities, like food.

why would we want the government involved in another thing, they are already too implanted.

That's a political view.

Second, we as part buyers can not do anything legally that can stop scalpers and why would we want the government involved in another thing, they are already too implanted.

yes we can, it's called not buying, and making insanely high bids, then not paying them.

Well, that’s not technically legal.
