Is A high quality hdmi better than mini dp.

RTX 3070 I7 11800h

Is a high quality hdmi (2.1) Or Mini dp (2.0) better?

That doesn't mean anything, but I'm assuming you're asking if DisplayPort 2.0 would be superior to HDMI 2.1 or vice versa... which, considering that DP 2.0 isn't out (to my knowledge?), means that there's no straightforward answer to this. 

In either case, both would enable you to use your display of choice, most likely.

No, Im talking about Mini dp. or hdmi, I just want to know which one is better to use

No it wont be any better than the same specs HDMI if that's what yuo're asking.

Gaming laptops these days, they have them, I have a gaming laptop and thanks I know now to NOT spend an extra $14 aud on a cable

An adapter is cheaper less than $10. Mini-DP are cheap, nobody buys them.

yea, I have a INSANE 4k oled LG tv, Comes with like 10 4k hdmi cables with gold top part thingy, and Its a THICC cable

Anyway the gold thingy doesn't have any difference than say a copper one. Don't buy into that. 

Expensive cables may have better components like thicker cable and better shielding.

For the signal quality it should be the same as the cheaper one.

If it works, it works.

From a durability standpoint yes if "could" be better.

The ones that came with the TV / Monitor usually have superb quality, they don't look as good but i found them to be more durable than any expensive cable i bought.
