Any graphics card that uses PCIe should work on any motherboard that supports PCIe. PCIe is also backwards compatible, so e.g. if the GPU was using PCIe 4.0 (which it isn't) it would also work on a motherboard with PCIe 3.0 (and vice-versa).

Yes, that videocard and motherboard would work together.

I wouldn't recommend the 9600KF CPU to buy new nowadays, when and i5 in the 10th generation exists, like the i5 10600.
