Windows file explore has repeats of drives

DominicNikon

Hello, how would I fix this issue in windows 10 where it shows repeats of my drives outside of the computer dropdown?

Thanks in advanced

this usually happens if you plugged external drives.

When you right click the drives under Quick Access, do you get a "Remove from Quick Access" option?

My Garmin watch is the only external device and it occurs both with it plugged in and not plugged in

probably a minor bug, you shouldn't be worry if it's running fine.

This look like quick actions, you must figure out how to remove it from list. Many options including registry but personally I don't use explorer so I can't give you step by step guide.

@DominicNikon That is not really an issue and more of a feature to literally Quickly Access your disks, partitions, etc.

It's an issue for me because they were not there before and there is no way for me to edit/remove them

What exactly caused them to appear? An update perhaps?

They started occurring after I installed my RTX 3080 and it had an extra 8 pin power connector so I had to unplug the drives to get the extra 8 pin and I pugged the drives back into the same sata cables as before and there was also a windows update
