LTT Hardware Survey

ConnorB

I think it would be pretty cool if we did a hardware survey so we could find the "average LTT viewers PC". Maybe if we take it far enough, Linus or someone from the staff could build it.

It would be interesting to do a super-poll of sorts. I tried to do one myself in the past, but due to forum poll limits and to keep it sane, I had to limit the options.

They have kinda done one with Steam VR survey. And have previously done yearly for Amazon affiliate purchases. For bigger viewer survey, just using forums gives kinda small sample.

The tricky thing about it would be handling multiple devices. I have various computers and use them interchangeably so I wouldn't say I really have a main PC.

That's what the Amazon affiliate videos are. Doing anything more than that would require much more than just creating forms to be filled.
