File transfer (from iphone to samsung), need help

So bought New Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra for my gf and i was wondering how to transfer files from iphone(8 plus). found that you can just use samsung adapter form usb c to usb.

 

and i have question do i need original samsung adapter like this https://www.samsung.com/lv/mobile-accessories/usb-connector-un930b-ee-un930bbegww/

p.s. there is no icloud subscription bought, all photos and videos on the phone :D

You can install some ftp server on iphone and filemanager with ftp support on Android device (like Solid Explorer) and just copy files using network.

You should be able to use any USB-C to USB-A adapter.

If you get a super-shitty one it might have electrical faults or something stupid like that, but in general everything should work.

It will take too long if you made it long. Normally it should be really fast if you have wireless AC and both phones are modern enough.

You know - If you at least try and then say "it takes too long" then I would believe.
