Apex Legends Borderless Window Low FPS Multiple Monitor Setup Issue

UnaverageVague

Not entirely sure why this is only an issue with Apex Legends but if I play using Borderless Window and have Chrome or anything open on my TV the game will Stutter and act as if its low FPS

The fix for this is choosing Fullscreen but I don't like using Fullscreen as it's easier to switch to other applications, if I do Fullscreen and ALT-Tab my displays turn off and on for few seconds which is annoying especially if I switch applications frequently while gaming.

Anytime I have MW open on Fullscreen Borderless my FPS is fine and can have whatever open on my TV

Is there any fix for this for Apex Legends?

BTW my TV is 4k 60hz, and my gaming monitor is 144hz 2k

that's exactly the reason I hate windowed, I also don't alt tab as it often makes games bug out.

tldr: no, I don't think there's a way to fix this.

Damn shit is just annoying especially when streaming, but I guess having a stream deck would be a good work around
