windows keeps setting mic level to 0

hey folks,

so i got my new usb microphone for pc yesterday and for the price the quality is good, but in the system manager sound settings windows - by itself - keeps setting the volume level to 0 every 60 seconds or so and fooling around with the settings didnt help, i also reinstalled the device and tried 3 other USB ports, that I know work fine, and it keeps happening.

 

Pls does anybody have any ideas how to fix it?
