Advice for cooling Ryzen 5800X

ALB112

Hello I already purchased the Ryzen 5800X and currently have the Noctua NH-U12S and was wondering if I should get a different cooler for this CPU.

My case is the Fractal Design Meshify C and I have 2 Noctua NF-A14 in the front for intake and 1 for exhaust at way back and then another fan up above the CPU cooler. For those other fans I am using stock fans from the case.

any suggestions for improving? I realize using an AIO, but I don’t prefer bc of its caveats. Unless y’all think so?

Would you recommend an AIO though to cool the 5800X?

Those are really good temperatures. I wouldn't bother getting an AIO as those temps are perfect.

You should be generally okay with those temps, I'd see if you're really getting enough air in the case at this point to make sure that the cooler is getting enough cool air through it. I'd probably say you're borderline at that point and would recommend an NH-D15 instead of the U14S but that's up to you
