Kmode Exeption not handled/page in nonpage area BSOD after booting from hibernation/sleep mode

Heya folks,

For some time now, I've been experiencing problems after waking my pc from hibernation/sleep mode. The pc gets a Kmode Exeption not handled/page in nonpage area BSOD everytime I boot from hibernation/sleep mode after a hour or so of using the pc. before it crashes, sound and screen get frozen before the BSOD. Booting from OFF doesn't give any crashes. The BSOD is always caused by the same driver (see picture) (I already did some memory tests which didn't yield any results, I also used CKDSK and Sfc/scannow without results)

Thanks in advance,
