Nest Doorbell video not showing up

We recently bought a "Nest Hello" doorbell to go along with our two google home minis, Nest thermostat, a few smartplugs and most importantly our Lenovo google home 10 inch display. In theory we should be able to stream the feed from the camera on the doorbell to the Lenovo display but whenever we try google assitant says "Nest is unavailable right now". We can see the feed through the home app and the nest app just fine however. I tried unlinking the thermostat and re-linking it and that didnt work. Im just at a dead end and cant figure this out.
