240w is fine, it was a psu of my old hp rig, butttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt i feel that the fan like, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Yes because the core 2 quads are 95w which means they can draw 7.9 amps and the 12v rail on that psu only has 7.5a max. Guess it's sweating trying to feed that CPU. not to mention the extra GPU
