Go to solution Solved by cr8tor,

Check if "Update Orchestrator Service" is set to "disabled" and change to "Auto" ( Windows update broker 1.1 can disable this service but not re-enable fixed in 1.5 )

Right click start, choose Computer management.

Bottom of the list, expand Service's and Applications.

Click on service's.

Look for the service mentioned above. If its disabled, double click on it and set Startup type to "automatic (delayed start)"

This problem happened to me after starting my PC last Sunday. I tried to figure out what the issue was, but restarting my PC doesn't help. It keeps saying:

An error has occurred. Try to open the settings again later

I am very clueless!

Since I had this problem, my games suddenly went slower like Valorant: from 200fps to 100fps . But when I play it with Taskmanager open it plays again normal at 200 fps.

My PC specs:

Aourus Gigabyte B450m mATX

Ryzen 5 3400g

Sapphire RX 570 Nitro+ 8GB

400 Watt be quiet PSU

500GB crucial SSD

1TB HDD

750GB HDD

16GB 3000Mhz RAM G.Skill Aegis

I would be thankful for any help!
Thanks!

I assume you have but just in case, have you rebooted the machine yet for this issue?

And you might run a system file checker.

To do so, open a command prompt with admin privilege's.

To do this, press the windows key, type command, and then right click on command prompt and choose run as administrator.

Then type "sfc /scannow" without the quotes.

This will check all the system files and possibly fix this.

More than welcome.

I suspect you might have some updates to catch up on now.

Might make sure those are all done before you start testing.

Good chance they will be happening in the background if not.

Be sure to reboot and "check again" to ensure that it gets them all.

It wont update to current all in one go if its back far enough.
