gpu extreme(literally extreme) overheating fix

Guys I have a gt610 (asus) (Fanless) 

It was brought when I was 8...

I tried thermal paste and it still overheats

It's temp is like walking in hell barefoot

Plz help me l.. I really feel crying right now.. Pls help

what is "walking in hell barefoot" in celsius?

AMD blackout rig

 

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @4.4ghz @1.35v

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

ram: vengeance lpx c15 3200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro 

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

case: masterbox mbx520

fans:Noctua industrial 3000rpm x6

well If you can manage to get like $10 you can get a fan(s) if possible which would help a lot. Thermal paste is for gluing components to their place not for helping cooling issues btw

Also if you don't have any fans at all in you pc then that might be the problem so you should also consider getting a cooler for ur cpu if you don't have one.

thermal paste is literally meant to transfer heat between the IHS and the cooler, or in this case the die and cooler

 

OP: i recommend getting a fan and strapping it on by some means, you can find used fans locally for cheap, or maybe if you got $10 you could get a new one online.

I meant like he just put a bunch of thermal paste on the gpu. But yea just a(couple of possible) on amazon or if you really can't look on ebay and get used ones for like $20 for a 3pack

That's usually referred to as Thermal Adhesive, the Paste kind is not intended to hold any two pieces of components together

Yea like i meant smearing a bunch of it like it was taking a bath but mb i thought of thermal adhesive bc they're similar lol
