As someone who has almost had full blown Carpel Tunnel Syndrome and continues to have issues, hell yeah I want one.

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.

 

I never said I was smart, just smart enough to be dangerous.

I'm seriously considering a Logitech MX Vertical at the moment, I don't think I need a gaming version of it though.

The reason why most people choose their mouse for gaming is due to the shape and weight. Making it vertical will mess up the feel and it won't be the same mouse.
