recommended software for testing CPU thermals?

as the title says, what is a good program to test thermals for a CPU? I have Prime95, but is there anything better to use?

Aida64 and cinebench r20 (looping) also stress the CPU big time. But remember, prime95 and aida64 stress tests don't translate to real-world tasks. Under normal useage your CPU will never get that hot.

Thank you ill try the two mentioned as well, with prime95 my 5800x CPU is steady at 64*C, only run it for 10min.

aida 64 makes my overclocked cpu hit over 100c after only like 60 or 120 seconds lmao
