I have a budget pc with i3 9100f, gigabyte H310M motherboard and GTX 1650 super graphic card and 450 watt psu.

So, can I overclock my graphic card on this motherboard.

I was going to overclock it but to be on safe side I decided to discuss in LTT forum.
