Get your eyes tested. Headaches and migraines can be a sign you're straining your eyes.

Did you tell the ophthalmologist that you get headaches when looking at screens? Might be worth mentioning it next time you go for a test.

All the more reason why I think you need different glasses. Probably time to see a different optician for a second opinion.

I told you to visit a different optician, not to buy thinning or stuff like that. A different optician might be able to help, where the one you're currently seeing can't.

Okay, then. Well, I don't know what to suggest then. Vision-related headaches and migraines suck, I've been there myself.

How quickly does the headache set in? Do you notice a difference between if you are say, just standing looking at your phone or sitting down at a computer? It is possible that it has to do with posture. Maybe when you sit, you don't have a good ergonomic setup and it is causing neck strain which in turn gives you a headache. i have this happen to me if my neck is kinked for too long while looking at a screen, or anything really.

They set in gradually and unnoticbly but at a point i notice it then it gets rlly bad 

i get if from screens

sugary things

sweet things like squash they have this flavor that i get a headache from 

straining my nek from doing activites where im looking down or up for a long time

and i think the headaches originate from my nek and when it is rubed or massaged if feels better i dont have a ergonaomig desk as i dont have the moeny for it but i am rlly fortunate as i have a big desk with lots of draws the only thing its lacking is a high enough chair but i cant get another

Drink more water, sleep more, eat less sugar, exercise, and go outside. Chronic headaches are usually from dehydration, an allergen, or eye strain from squinting. If they are migraines then that is a different story

Okay, keep in mind there's a difference between migraines and really bad headaches. Migraines happen when the electrical frequencies in your brain get messed up. There's essentially a rhythmic pulse that keeps going through your brain happening for typically 1 to 3 hours and the symptoms range from person to person. I've had migraines from emotional stress that would cause me to go blind in my left eye, my right arm would go numb, I would forget where I am, and I wasn't able to speak or read for roughly 3 hours. I suggest going to see a doctor and not asking on a tech forum as it could possibly be a sign of a brain tumor. More likely than not migraines are common in teenagers as there body is growing and changing. It's very hard to find the source of non chronic migraines. But like I said please go see a doctor

I've had the same problem. If you're a young male they might start to fade away as you get older. If you're female you might just have to live with them. 

Part of it is making sure you aren't staring at the screen nonstop - throwback to when games would tell you to take breaks - and walk around. Take any medicine you have for it as soon as possible if you think you might have one coming on. Naps can help. I was recommended otc magnesium supplements, I don't know if they helped or if it was just a placebo but I noticed a difference after about a month of use. For tvs and monitors you could try putting lighting strips behind them so that the light blends behind the screen, I've heard it's easier on the eyes.
