I'm not going to go into the settings of my monitor to enable/disable them every time, so I just rely off of the FPS game's crosshairs when in hip fire and there is definitely no need of them to obsure my line of sight while in ADS.

They seem kinda unnecessary to me. If the game doesn't have a crosshair then well that is the whole point it may be a core part of the game. If the game does then that one will be a lot more accurate than the osd one.
