Motherboard troubleshooting

I currently have the motherboard, case, and power supply. Is there anyway to see if they work before I get my other parts? If I were to power on the power supply to see if my fans spin, would it damage them or the motherboard as I don’t have a cpu, gpu, or ram?

Not until you get all your components.

 

Even if you plug your PSU into your mobo you won't see anything happen since you don't have a CPU - but don't try, who knows what could happen.
