Building my sister a white/black themed build. Budget around $1300-1400 including monitor, keyboard and mouse. Thoughts? Any other suggestions?

How important is all the RGB you're paying for there? $116.99 for CL18 RAM is a pretty bad price, as is $120 for the 3-pack of fans. If you ditch some of the aesthetics, you could get a 1660 Super, which will actually make a difference on the performance of your build.

Killing you budget with aesthetics, which is fine if that is what you want, but you can get a lot more for your money.

 

Also I would wait for AMD's new CPU's and GPU's. Release is less that a month away for CPUs. If you just plan to stick to 144Hz 1080p the RX 5700XT will do just fine.

True, but the priority of this build is not the performance, but rather the aesthetics. I will look into the parts you listed though, all of them seem like better choices, but I'm keeping the RGB parts that I already picked. Thanks!

Important. She's not a big gamer, but plays lighter games. The RGB is what she wants to use most of her budget on, and to each their own, I would say.

I'm not against it, I just wasn't sure if that is what was wanted out of this build. I always like my build to looks nice as well, spent enough on it that I should also enjoy looing at it. If that is what she wants that is okay!
