Does anyone else miss unboxing videos?

I know linus has mentioned that they havent done any unboxings lately and mentioned that no one has made a comment about it but I'm sure I'm not the only one that misses unboxings! However if I am feel free to let me know haha.

id much rather watch a good review video and hear linus' genuine thoughts about a product than just see him take it out of the box. you know, he didnt used to do review videos, just overviews; im gald he has switched over personally.

No reason for an unboxing video when he does a full review.  I would much rather see more of those than having unboxings slow him down from doing more important work.

Same here. It felt too corporate and cold when he just did unboxings and never talked about his personal opinion on the product, which is really all I ever wanted. Now that he's branched out to reviewing I think we're finally getting this. As an Audio enthusiast I'm also rather glad he's taken to reviewing head/earphones lately. Picking up a pair of HD8 DJ's very soon I think.

I like being surprised when I open tech boxes so I like that the unboxings are gone and more in-depth reviews are more frequent.
