n/a. all prebuilts have a markup, or they lose money b/c of time labour having to be payed to build them.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Or they come from builders that get very large discounts due to buying in bulk.

some do. Others, not so much. You can get a prebuilt that has a garbage PSU and motherboard, or slow ram, and it costs the same as if you built with high quality components, but if you're only comparing CPU and GPU you might not notice.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Depends, some prebuilds can be pretty decent. While others can be dumpster fires, (DELL im looking at you. ) but it just depends on preferences and capability. Questions to ask when buying a prebuilt, Is it worth it?,  is it serviceable?, Is it over rated?, Do I need it?, What is the quality?, How dated is the hardware?, Is it any better?, and What am I getting into? If you choose to buy a prebuilt remember these.

Yeah, my church got a "gaming" prebuilt from dell. It has a 8700, a b250 motherboard, a gtx 1060 3gb and a single 8GB stick of dell specific ddr4 2400. This is one of the worst configs ever.

I could use some help with this!
