Is the Fiio E10 worth it?

I was able to find a place here in the Philippines who sell these and they are currently on sale. I have budgeted to get a ATH-M50 by years end and I was wondering will getting the Fiio DAC make a huge improvement when it comes to sound quality?

 

I will use this on my laptop where I usually watch movies and listen to music. Other than that I wont use it on my desktop or pretty much anything else.

I have the exact set up you are looking to get and I can tell you it's not worth the money. You are better of spending the money on getting higher quality source files for better audio quality.

You will see no improvement. I'd rather use the money on getting some nicer headphones.

no, but really, M50's aren't good enough, nor are they hard to drive, so they won't really get better with better equipment.
