I upgraded my Honor 9 to a Huawei P30, it was 379 euros in Belgium a couple months ago and so far a great buy. Might be worth going for the P30 Pro too. Also, have a look at Poco, the F2 Pro is great.

Hello guys, I was thinking about upgrading from Honor 10. My Budget is around ~400€. I am pretty tech savvy myself the problem is that I just can't find anything that is upgrade overall specs/looks/camera/battery/screen. I do realize because of my budget I can't expect anything awesome, but I bought honor 10 for 340€ brand new 2 years ago. I am pretty sure there is something new that I can pick up for 400€. Don't suggest stuff like OnePlus Nord since specs are pretty bad even compared to 2-3 year old Kirin 970. I am aware that Honor 20 exists It is in my list but I was thinking about something recent.

P.S
Android only

TL;DR

Need a phone for around 400€ that has good specs and screen/camera.

Is the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren available in your region?  It's low $400's in the US and damn near the OnePlus 8 in performance.

Ah, I wonder if Samsung has a trade in program in your region where you could get a discount on the Honor phone. When I look I get the US site which basically gives the option to trade in Apple/Google/Samsung devices or just a generic phone for $50 off but maybe they vary that by region?

Try Samsung A71 or M30S or better buy S10, do yourself a favour and not buy XIaomi/poco/vivo or its clones, they seem tempting but not worth it.

I think they only accept Samsung phones in my country. And 550 would still be too expensive even with 50€ off

I don't know, but, might try something like Xiaomi? Poco X3 NFC is kind of good somehow (at least for me).

Yes, their MIUI's kind of sucks that have some ads but.. You can always flash xiaomi.eu anyway.

Humor me, as you should do.

Yah, wasn't sure if they maybe added other brands outside the US. Let me see if I can dig anything up for other recommendations :)

Sounds like a decent suggestion might consider it. But so far Huawei p30 for 350€ sounds better, but after some reviews I might change my opinion

Well, if you're fine without GMS it's fine somehow. But I'd be honest if P30's better on specs somehow, even it's kind of a year late.

I installed gms for friends a couple of times already, so it's not an issue.
