Which monitor should i buy?

This monitors are currently available at my country and they have the same price at $200. I usually play COD warzone but not competitive and some RPG games. 

 

MSI OPTIX G24C4 24" 144Hz VA panel 

 

and

 

ASUS VP249QGR 24" 144Hz IPS panel

 

 

PC Specs: I have I5 8400 for CPU and RX 5600 XT for my GPU
