Just use EXISTING PARTS TO GUESS

 

3600x OC VS 2080Ti

Does the 2080Ti get fed enough data..

Is the 2080Ti at expected performance..

 

You can get a close guess by looking at other parts.

How will they not work well together? They will be good products in their own right that are compatible with each other.

It will not work, you cannot pair them together at this time.

yeah i expect so the 3600x was already solid so a 5600x will have higher ipc and clocks it will be nice and powerful

that case can fit up to a gpu up to 381mm long  which is a lot so yes. also  the 3070 FE is 242 mm long

Yeah fine for it. I would get at least a 750W PSU for future possibilties. Also, get a big enough Gen 4 SSD for the next five years. I recently went for a 1TB.
