Can't Download new MSI After Burner on Chrome

if you click on the little arrow next to the discard button, there should be an option called "download anyway"

I've already turn off the protection. I think.

Ohhhh!!!..thank you... it shows keep and learn more..didn't know the keep means download anyway...
